More than just hot air . . .
The Sauna in our Hotel has a great view and a outside area on a spacious balcony. The big window in the sauna lets you see the dancing snowflakes or a summer thunderstorm. This tension of inside / outside is as relaxing to the head, as the change of warm and cold is to the body.
You choose from the traditional finnish sauna with hot dry air (85° C) and occational pouring of water onto the rocks, or the mild steam bath (65°C) with regulated humidity (55%). Herbs of your choice are added to the steam. A therapeutic light source is integrated.
The shower cools you off with many applications of water; like fog, the Kneipp Method or multiple showerheads.

Le sauna à l’hôtel Arlenwald profite d’un emplacement côté
sud et dispose d’un espace extérieur sous forme d’un grand
balcon. Une grande fenêtre vous invite à regarder les
flocons de neige ou l’orage d’été. La tension entre
l’extérieur et l’intérieur est autant bienfaisante pour la
tête que l’alternance entre chaud et froid pour le corps.
Vous avez le choix entre le sauna finlandais traditionnel
(85°C) avec décoctions ou le « finarium ». Le finarium est
un bain de vapeur doux (env. 65°C) avec une humidité de
l’air réglée automatiquement à env. 55°C. Les herbes
médicinales ajoutées à la vapeur sont bienfaisantes pour
tous les organes respiratoires. Une chromathérapie y est
également intégrée.
Vous pourrez vous rafraîchir grâce au brouillard de la
douche à sensations ou à la douche jet pluie, au tuyau
Kneipp ou aux 6 douches latérales.
